7 Days to decide

We hope you are delighted with your purchase; however we will accept returns and exchanges of items purchased at full price within 7 days of the receipt of your order.

What can be returned or exchanged

Everything store-wide except:

  • Opened pack of hoisery (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Intimate wear (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Sales items (but they can be exchanged or redeemed for store credit)

Returned item must be in the condition of:

  • Unworn and Unwashed with labels attached
  • In original packaging
  • No makeup or scent on

Any returns received in unsaleable condition will not be refunded and returned to the customer at the rate of our standard shipping charge.

Faulty Items

If you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item please contact info@twilightrituals.com first.

Should you wish to make any exchange or refund, such item must be returned.

Refund

Refunds will be processed within 2-4 business days of receiving your returned item.

Price excluding original shipping fees from the order will be credited to your original method of payment (credit card, gift voucher or Paypal account). We cannot facilitate with refunds to a third party.

You will receive an email once your order has been refunded.

Exchange

We offer size exchanges of the same style as originally purchased only. Should you wish to receive an alternative style or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

The replacement item will be dispatched once we receive your returned item. If the style is not in stock you will be notified the estimated back-in-stock time by email and you can still request a refund.

Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please email our customer service team at info@twilightrituals.com, providing your order number, detailed reason for the return, and supporting images or videos.

Once the request is authorized by our customer service team, pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it out.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. The return address is located in New Jersey, USA. A trackable shipping service or shipping insurance is recommended.

You will be informed by email once your return or exchange has been processed.
